There are situations when the assumed task cannot be realized using one conveyor. In such cases it is necessary to make a group of conveyors.
The case of the conveyor group can be viewed two-fold:
- as a group driven from a single motor reducer, whereas the drive is transmitted between consecutive conveyors using different types of belt transmissions, chain transmissions, etc.
- as many conveyors with separate drives, the co-operation of which is realized by using an appropriately designed control system.
Groups of conveyors can co-operate with many external devices both in the loading and unloading part of the conveyors.
