Driven roller conveyors – one of the most broadly used series of conveyors. Our company specializes in the construction and sales of this type of conveyors with a load bearing capacity of:

- up to 100kg/m - these conveyors are characterized by the main load bearing part being made of powder-coated steel, whereas the supporting structure can be made from both steel, as well as structural aluminium profiles.
- up to 1000kg/m - applied in the transport of elements on pallets e.g. EUR pallets. The conveyor bed consist of the 80 or 89 mm rollers driven with sprockets. The drive is transmitted roller by roller (parallel connection). Both main and support frames are in this case made of the powder coated or zinc plated steel. Due to the loads transported by conveyors of this group their construction is usually divided into sections carrying from one to three pallets at a time. In offer we have also turntables for pallets.

Due to the roller driving method used, we can offer driven roller conveyors with the following characteristics:
  • Conveyors with NTR-2R type rollers – these are rollers with two embossed grooves for the round polycord belt. In such a case, the drive is transferred from roller to roller. The drive can be transferred onto the rollers in two ways – using a motor reducer or using electric rollers. Due to the limited frictional force that can be transferred by a round belt, conveyors of this type are intended for transporting products with a small weight (load of up to 20 kg/m) in the case when it is necessary to manufacture a system operating according to a previously determined algorithm. We offer you this type of conveyors with rollers having diameters of 40, 50, 60, 80, 89 mm and any scale, matched to the size of the transported products.
  • Conveyors with NTR-1R type rollers – that is with rollers with one embossed groove for the round polycord belt. The characteristic feature of this type of conveyors is the fact that the drive is transferred from the motor reducer to the main drive shaft, placed under the conveyor, and then onto the selected driven rollers. In this case, not all rollers need to be driven. This solution allows for driving a section with a significant length using a single drive. We offer you this type of conveyors with rollers having diameters of 40, 50, 60, 80, 89 mm and any scale, matched to the size of the transported products.
  • Conveyors with NTR-PJ rollers – in these conveyors the drive is transferred from roller onto roller using PolyV belts. We offer you a solution with rollers having a diameter of 50 mm. Due to the fact that belts of this type come in standard commercial lengths, the scale between the rollers is an imposed value. The characteristic feature of this type of drive is the fact that it has a significant efficiency during silent operation. The combination of these features allows this type of conveyors to be used for transporting products of a significant weight.
  • Conveyors with NTR-8M rollers – in this case the drive is transferred from roller onto roller using an 8M type toothed belt. This solution allows to eliminate the phenomenon of belt slippage. Taking into account the fact that also this type of belt comes in pre-defined commercial lengths, the scope of scales between the rollers is limited. We offer rollers of this type only with a diameter of 50 mm, however, in two variants – fixed and allowing for accumulation. This type of drive allows for transport of products with a significant weight.
  • Chain-driven roller conveyors – we offer you several solutions for this type of drive. We manufacture conveyors with 08-B1 and 06-C1 type chains, as well as a drive transferred from roller onto roller, and rollers driven tangentially. The offered conveyors have rollers with a diameter of 50mm in fixed and accumulative versions. All the driving heads of the rollers are made of a highly resistant plastic. Due to its simplicity and availability of parts it is the most commonly used type of drive in driven roller conveyors.
Arched roller conveyors are a supplementation of this type of products. We offer roller arcs in gravitational and driven versions. We always design the roller arcs on the basis of the provided parameters of the transported object.
